Inspired by L’Harmonie de la Côte, the project reinterprets the French Cité-Jardin spirit as a coastal retreat where French planning meets Vietnam’s natural landscape.

Masterplan Language

An open garden-city masterplan, connecting a ceremonial arrival axis with private villas hidden among greenery and winding pathways.

Architectural Language

The New Indochine — a refined blend of Beaux-Arts, Art Deco, and contemporary Indochine through high ceilings, deep loggias, wide verandas, and ventilated roofs.

Materials Utilized

Sun-washed stucco, terracotta roof tiles, local basalt, dark timber shutters, and tropical greenery create a warm, timeless character.
