Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection is set to officially launch in Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO heritage site, this year under a management conversion agreement between IHG and Ngoc Hoi An Joint Stock Company.
IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its expansion in Vietnam with the introduction of the Vignette Collection brand through a strategic partnership with Ngoc Hoi An Joint Stock Company. Vignette Collection is one of the most distinguished brands in IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio.
Under this agreement, Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection will officially join IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle category, the world’s second-largest luxury hotel brand portfolio. As part of the transition, Moire Hoi An will undergo a comprehensive upgrade, transforming from Bay Resort Hoi An into a newly rebranded Vignette Collection property.
The hotel promises a seamless blend of heritage preservation, modern luxury, and immersive experiences, offering guests the opportunity to explore the heart of Hoi An while enjoying the serene beauty of the Hoai River, a renowned cultural and historical destination in Central Vietnam.
Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection promises a world-class experience with 128 luxurious rooms, including private pool villas and opulent suites. Guests will experience an aesthetic space inspired by the “Moire” pattern, featuring soft, undulating wave-like textures. Each design evokes a sense of movement, fluidity, and structure, harmonizing perfectly with sophisticated retro aesthetics.

According to Chris Anklin, located in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection will serve as a gateway for guests to explore the architectural wonders of the Ancient Town, stroll through its historic stone-paved streets, admire carefully preserved wooden houses, and discover unique traditional boutiques.

Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection marks a significant milestone in IHG’s expansion in Vietnam. With plans to double its hotel portfolio from 18 to 44 properties within the next three years, IHG is expanding across various market segments, offering travelers more choices in attractive destinations such as Ha Long Bay, Vinh Phuc, and beyond.
As part of its upcoming development plans, five currently unbranded hotels within IHG’s network will be rebranded under the Vignette Collection.
